Play Date Deals Terms and Conditions

·        The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ 

·        The “Play Date Deals” offer entitles a customer to the following 

o   X1 Swimming session, x1 Soft Play session + 1 slice of Pizza & Drink for £14.95 

or

o   X1 Swimming session, x1 Clip & Climb session + 1 slice Pizza & drink for £19.95

·        The “Play Date Deals” offer is available to any customers booking the any of a bundle activity session

·        The “Play Date Deals” offer can only be booked by visiting the centre in person

·        The “Play Date Deals" bundle activities cannot be booked online

·        The pizza and a drink of the “Play Date Deals” can only be redeemed at the café in the centre

·        The pizza and a drink can be purchased at a discounted before or after the play sessions

·        The listed offer only applies if the customer has booked bundle sessions

·        Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees 

·        We reserve the right to exclude offer where all valid information has not been entered at the point of entry 

·        The “Play Date Deals” offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other offers 

·        All members are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons 

·        The members are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the offer, e.g., travel to the centre, gym clothing, drinks etc 

·        The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and any amendments will be published on this web page 

·        Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice 

·        Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s entry to the centre or refuse the offer with justified reason
