Free Gym Sessions
Our fully air-conditioned gym has recently been upgraded with the latest cardio, resistance and free weights equipment. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, look good, or feel great, our gym floor is designed to help you get the most from your workout.
Our friendly team will be on hand for on the spot inductions and tours of our facilities.

Free Taster Swimming Lessons
These free taster sessions are suitable for Parent and Baby, Pre-School, Stage 1, Stage 2, Over 8's and Adults.
